Power Poppy - Peep of the Week

This card is for the Power Poppy Peep of the Week Challenge.  I finally have a day all to myself, and wanted to get some of my new Power Poppy stamps inky.  I even got adventurous and dug my sewing machine out.  lol  Don't you just love this sweet gingerbread house!

Here's my card

This set is a lot of fun to color.  I used Copic markers and then put Wink of Stella over the snowy areas to give it some sparkle.  I mixed and matched some fun patterned papers and stitched with my sewing machine.  The sentiment was stamped on Vellum and embossed with black embossing powder. I, also, added some enamel dots.  Thanks so much for coming by to look!

The Recipe:

Power Poppy Frosted Gingerbread
Patterned Papers from Gina K. Designs -Blizzard, Paper Pizazz & DCWV Citrus Mat
Spellbinders Classic Ovals, Scalloped Ovals & Tags & Flags
Teresa Collins enamel dots
Wink of Stella

  2. What a fun design Sharyn, I know a lot of kids who would be happy to dig in to all that yummy candy! Love the vellum overlay with the sentiment too. Thanks so much for playing along with us this week at Power Poppy!
