Just Us Girls #202/Seize the Birthday

I'm entering this card in both the Just Us Girls Monochromatic color challenge and the Seize the Birthday Anything Goes challenge.  This card is all about circles.  I stamped my background paper on white cardstock and stamped randomly with various circle stamps and GKD Powder Blue & Blue Raspberry ink.  The white ribbon, bow and button were attached, and this was attached to a piece of GKD Blue Raspberry cardstock.  The panel was then attached to a GKD Powder Blue card base.  I stamped the greeting on white cardstock and die cut with a lacy circle die.  I sponged the center with Powder Blue ink and stamped the Happy Birthday with GKD Black Onyx ink.  This was attached with 1/4" pop dots.
