Happy Birthday, Just Fur You

Hello, everyone!
It's been almost a month since I have made any cards.
My husband was sick during Christmas
and I started getting sick on New Year's Eve.
I'm feeling better now, but still have a cough I can't get rid of.

This card is for one of my grandsons.
I decided to do a shadow box
using these adorable leopards from
My Favorite Things.

I used a border die from MFT Blueprint 32
and patterned paper to make the border.
The fun Happy Birthday Circle die is
from MFT as are the
Wild Greenery leaves.

I stenciled some clouds using the
MFT Clouds stencil and some blue ink.
The sweet leopards were colored with Copic markers.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Your kind comments are always appreciated.

It's Your Birthday

I finally had time to play with a new set from the Greetery
called Pine Blossom.
I was inspired after I saw Kelly Lunceford's
gorgeous card.

I chose a rich, vibrant color from GKD
called Wild Wisteria and paired it with
an equally beautiful Dusty Rose.
I used GKD Pastillage Texture Paste
to make the snowflake background and
sprinkled with GKD Prismatic Glitter in Frozen.
The stencil is from The Greetery
and is called Frosty Flakes.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Your kind comments are always appreciated.

Bottle Brush Trees

I love bottle brush trees!
There is just something about them that
calls out for non-traditional colors.

My trees were stamped with GKD Bubblegum Pink and
Wild Wisteria and PTI Summer Sunrise.
The stamp set is PTI Joyful Christmas.
I used a stencil called Frosty Flakes
from The Greetery
and some GKD Aqua Mist ink
to create the background.
The snowflakes are from
The Greetery's Frosty Corners die.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Merry Christmas, everyone!
I hope you have a wonder holiday season!

Christmas Eve

I adore the new The Greetery Christmas Eve
stamp set and dies.
I knew the minute I saw it that it was going to be
our family Christmas card.

I used the Frosty Flakes stencil for the background
and the Drifting dies for the snow.
Everything else is in the Christmas Eve set.

The red and white on the inside of the card and the flap of the envelope
is from the Sending Joy set from PTI.
The snowflakes are from the Silver White Winters set
and the envelope sentiment, lines and watermark is from
The Pleasing Envelopes set, also, from PTI.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Hello, Christmas!

I have finally finished with November birthdays,
and it's Hello, Christmas time!
The first card is a CASE of
She made a video on how to make it
and I couldn't resist.
You can follow the link to see how it was done.

I used the Frosty Flakes stencil with water colors.
The Blooming Branch and the
Robin & Wren stamp sets are perfect
for Christmas cards.
The stamp sets and stencil are from The Greetery.

When the beautiful Christmas Eve set was introduced,
Betsy made a video showing how to assemble the church.
This is my version.

I used the Frosty Flakes stencil and
Christmas Eve set from The Greetery.

And last but not least.
I had a lot of fun playing with the
Candy Pops dies and Sentiment set.
These will be perfect to give for
Christmas treats!

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Rock Out Your Birthday

This is the cutest set!
It's by My Favorite Things and is called
For the Record.

The record is popped up and will actually turn.
I watched a video on You Tube showing how to make
the record player.
You can see it by clicking on the link.

I wanted a retro feel for the front of this card
so, I chose a fun set from PTI
called Retro Style Birthday Sentiments.
Along with the dies from the original set called
Retro Style Graduation,
I was able to create these fun
old-fashioned signs.

The card is for my husband.
He is retro and he is an oldie but a goodie!

Thanks so much for stopping by.
