Just Us Girls # 211 Color

Welcome to this weeks Just Us Girls Color Challenge!

Here's my card

Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow!  Nancy's beautiful color selection this week was perfect for my flurry of snowflakes!  I turned my I-pod to Christmas music, and I was in heaven.  lol  I love snow!  I know a lot of you don't, but there is just something magical about it to me.

I used a beautiful new stamp set from Gina K. Designs called Let It Snow!  The various snowflakes were stamped using GKD Powder Blue, Blue Raspberry, Turquoise Sea, Ocean Mist, and Memento Gray Flannel inks.  I used GKD Pure Luxury White, Blue Raspberry & Ocean Mist cardstock.  The beautiful bow is from Offray, and the sparkle in the middle of the snowflakes is from Recollections.

Please come and join us at Just Us Girls!  We would love to see your creations with this beautiful color challenge!

I couldn't resist sharing a quick little birthday card I made using two stamp sets from Gina K, Designs called Pretty Patterns 2 and Lots of Lines.  The pretty pattern was stamped using GKD Powder Blue, Ocean Mist, Turquoise Sea and Memento London Fog inks.  The greeting was stamped with GKD Black Onyx ink.  The ribbon is from Offray.

JUGS is starting up the Guest Designer position once again!!  Winning the Chic of the Week puts you in the running for the GD spot, and you will get to play along with the Team for the entire following month!!  How cool is that?

  1. This is so pretty! We had the same idea with the snowflakes! I see that you saw the grays in the combo. I see them on my laptop, but on my iPad I see browns. Go figure! Either way this is so pretty! I don't see your other cards you mentioned. Would love to see those too!
