Just Us Girls #256 Wild Card

This week at Just Us Girls since it is the 5th Saturday of the month, we have a Wild Card Challenge. Marisa is hosting and has chosen "Anything but an A2 card."  It is with much sadness that we will have to say goodbye to Marisa with the completion of this challenge.  She is such a sweet person and an amazing talent. I know we will all miss seeing the beautiful cards she creates each week.

Here's my card

I decided to make a square card using a stamp set from PTI called City Scene.  This is my blimey!  I forgot your birthday, card.  The stamps are all about London, Big Ben and a Double-Decker bus.  This was a fun set to play with.  There are, also, images for Paris and New York City.

Recipe:
PTI City Scene stamps & dies
Lil'Inkers Stitched Sentiment Flag
Spellbinders Classic Squares & Lacy Squares
GKD Pure Luxury White, Warm Cocoa & Sandy Beach CS
GKD Black Onyx, Warm Cocoa, Powder Blue, Sweet Mango, Sweet Corn, Red Hot & Grass Green ink.

Please visit the Just Us Girls blog to see the wonderful cards the rest of the team and our GD, Kristie Goulet, have made this week.  I hope you will be inspired and want to play along.  We would love to see how you are inspired!

If you win Chic of the Week in any of our August challenges, you will be in the running to be chosen as our Guest Designer for the month of October.  Good luck!

  3. I love this, Sharyn! I finally played with this set the other day and was amazed at all the little detail stamps with the set. Very fun but time consuming. :) It has been great being a Guest Designer this month. Thank you for all your sweet comments. xx

  7. WOW! That's a whole lot of awesome! I am looking at my set (and matching dies) and didn't know they would look this great....well yours do, perhaps mine won't....BUT when I use this set next I am so copying....not casing, just flat out copying yours! lol Actually I don't have the matching sentiments, so it will be a tad different. Ha! Well done!

  10. Really darling card! Just wanted you to know I am following your blog, even if I don't comment. I'm camping on Lake Superior and the internet is less than reliable here. But at least there is internet - and cable - lol. Need all the comforts of home when we are camping, right? Anyway, I have been loving your cards, as usual. I miss my craft room terribly!!
