Curtain Call Clearly Christmas - The Paper Players #225

I am entering this card in both the Curtain Call Clearly Christmas and The Paper Players #225 Black Tie Theme challenges.

I love snowflakes!  I recently bought these gorgeous snowflakes and couldn't wait to use them.  The two larger ones are from The Cat's Pajama's and is called Double Snowflake Cut-Ups.  The smaller one is from Simon Says Stamps and is called RyLynn Snowflake.  I inked all three with VersaMark ink and embossed with Ranger Sticky Embossing Powder and heat set.  I then sprinkled them with Gina K. Designs Prismatic Glitter in Frozen and heat set.  These are so beautiful and sparkly.  I attached them to a white card base that had been sponged with Simon Says Stamps Sea Glass ink and Hero Arts Tide Pool ink.  I added some sequins from Verve.  The sentiment is from Flourishes and is called Snow Scene Sentiment.  Sadly, they are no longer in business.  Thanks so much for coming by to look!

  1. I bet your craft room is ablaze with sparkle. I know how frozen looks. This card and the snowflakes are genius! I love the simple BG of sponged blue and the sentiment ties it all together. This card is diffinately, Black Tie elegant.

  2. This is gorgeous Sharyn!!! Love the soft background too. The real question is how much glitter did you have on your face when you were done. Great job!!!
