Just Us Girls #283 - Word Week

This week at Just Us Girls it's Word Week.  Ina is our hostess and she has chosen "Masculine" as our word.  Our Guest Designer for the month of March is Jen Mitchell!  Welcome, Jen!  Please stop by her blog and leave some love.

Here's my card

Masculine cards are always hard for me.  I am on the lookout for ideas all of the time.  I saw this stamp set and die over at My Favorite Things and thought it would be perfect for my grandsons. They love to play X-Box.

Please visit the Just Us Girls blog to see the wonderful cards the rest of the team and our GD, Jen, have made this week.  I can't wait to see how you are inspired by the word "Masculine."

If you win Chic of the Week in any of our March challenges, you will be in the running to be chosen as our Guest Designer for the month of May.  Good luck!

  1. Oh how clever! That is a perfect stamp for your grandsons, or probably any male between the ages 4 and 104 lol That embossing folder adds so much texture too, love it!

  8. Great boy card but also like Gerry said - any male! I love the masculine paper you used. And yes, when the weather warms up. I am delighted.

  9. Really a cute idea for this card. I agree, masculine cards are harder for me too. I love the texture that you added, and the strips peeking out from behind.

  10. Oh wow, what a perfect card for a young (and probably a few not-so-young) man! I love the striped paper and the fun colors of your game thing-a-ma-jig (I'm clueless about video games LOL)! Thanks for the warm welcome and for having me about this month at Just Us Girls!
