Seize the Birthday - Use a Sentiment as the Focal Point

This time at Seize the Birthday our topping is to "Use a Sentiment as the Focal Point" on your card. Of course, it's always "Anything Goes" as long as it's for a birthday!  It's your choice!

 I would, also, like to welcome a new designer to our team, Anika Lerche.  Welcome, Anika!  I hope you will visit Anika's blog and leave her some love.

Here's my card

I used a stamp set from Gina K. Designs called Birthday Blessings.  I love the script and size of the birthday greeting and thought it would make a wonderful focal point.  I used one of the beautiful leaf stamps to create a watermark on the Passionate Pink panel.  It is very subtle, but pretty.  The gorgeous patterned paper is, also, from Gina K. Designs.  I used a Spellbinders die & a Lil' Inkers die as the base for the sentiment.  Some black accents with layering, enamel dots and a gingham ribbon finished it off.
