Power and Spark - Touch of Pastel

This month the Power & Spark Challenge at Power Poppy is called Pop of Pastel.

I'm spending my rainy afternoon playing in my craft room, and this is the second card I've made today using this gorgeous tulip stamp.  The stamp is from Power Poppy and is called Tulips & Peonies.  I decided the make the background with pink tulips and then feature some of them using a fun new die set from My Favorite Things called Stitched Circle Frames.  I added the sentiment to a stitched circle and used some black and white gingham ribbon to finish it off.  Thanks for coming by to look!
