Just Us Girls #297 - Trend Week

This week at Just Us Girls it's Trend Week.  Sue is our hostess and she has chosen the trend of Stacked Die Cut Sentiments as our inspiration.

Here's my card


I just bought a Make-It Market Kit from PTI called Nostalgic Notions.  It came with stamps, dies, patterned papers, ribbons, buttons, paper lace and flowers all very 1940's vintage. Loved it the minute I saw it and couldn't wait to play with it.  The "hello" die cuts are triple layered and glued together.

    You know, when I saw this kit I thought that it was something you would like. It's definitely your style. This card is so cute, love all the bright colors and vintage-y feel. Reminds me of my grandmother's farm kitchen when I was a kid. Very nice card!!!

    Such a beautiful garden you created! I love making my own 'chipboard' accents, so fun, so easy and they always seem to add a POW as yours does here! Very Pretty! Love that kit, must check them out from now on....I'd say thank you but my wallet may not.....enabler! lol

    I really like this card. Love the colors and the scalloped backing for the flowers. The red and white paper is so pretty and the inside looks great.
