Here's my card
Vellum is such a fun addition to a card. Usually, I make a tag and add the sentiment on Vellum, but this time I stamped my focal image with Versa Mark and embossed it in black on a piece of Vellum. I colored the backside of the Vellum with Distress Markers.
Please visit the Just Us Girls blog to see the beautiful cards the rest of the team and our GD, Karen, have made this week. I hope you will be inspired and come play along.
If you win Chic of the Week in any of our August challenges, you will be in the running to be chosen as our Guest Designer for the month of October. Good luck!

ReplyDeleteThis is beautiful, Sharyn. I love the coloring on vellum.
ReplyDeleteThis is a very soft and pleasing card. The vellum is so useful when trying to get this effect. I have never used the distressed markers on the back, will have to try that. I love the striped paper in the background, and the embossed layer that lets it peek out too.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Sharyn you make some amazingly beautiful cards!
