Guess what? This is, also, World Card Making Day! So, come celebrate with us by making a card and linking to our challenge!
I would like to welcome Julie Gearinger as our Guest Designer for the month of October! Welcome, Julie!
Here's my card
So many times when I reach for a sympathy card, I am looking for flowers. This time I thought I would be a little different and use this beautiful quilted leaf in Fall colors. The background is my favorite gingham stamp that I have covered with a Crisscross die out of Vellum that I have sponged with ink. I also added a fun scripted sentiment on Vellum.
Please visit the Just Us Girls blog to see the beautiful cards the rest of the team and our GD, Julie, have made this week. I hope you will be inspired and come play along.
If you win Chic of the Week in any of our October or November challenges, you will be in the running to be chosen as one of our two Guest Designers for the month of January. Good luck!
The Recipe:
PTI Quilted: Autumn
