Here's my card
I started with a Spellbinders Hexagon die and cut it in red and black to lay out my pattern. I added some beautiful mums in yellow, some leaves, twine, rounded two corners and embossed a sentiment....easy peasy!
Please visit the Just Us Girls blog to see the wonderful cards the rest of the team and our GD, Julie, have made this week. I hope you will be inspired and come play along.
If you win Chic of the Week in any of our October or November challenges, you will be in the running to be chosen as one of our two Guest Designers for the month of January. Good luck!

Oooh love the bold black and red hexagon background. Beautiful flowers too!
ReplyDeleteThe design on this card is so stricking as well as the rich colors. It works well to do the shapes in dark red and black, the yellow flowers over the top. Something that I can learn from you.
ReplyDeleteSo awesome! Love the layout and the hint of the finished inside!
ReplyDeleteSuch a great card design. I love the hexagons behind the flowers.

ReplyDeleteThis is a great take on the photo. That's why I don't do challenges. I can't interpret how to use the sketch and you made a fantastic card for it.
