Let’s Make Memories

This sweet camping trailer from Honey Bee
caught my eye and made me smile.
A lot of people are taking old trailers
and redoing them in a vintage style.
This is my vintage trailer.

My family camped a lot when I was growing up.
We started with a slide in camper that went in the bed of our
pickup truck, then went to a trailer this style and finally
a fifth wheel.
We belonged to a local club of families who loved to camp too.
I have many wonderful memories of  those days.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Your kind comments are always appreciated.

  1. While I was sewing face masks, you were making really cute vintage cards. Like the happy pattern on this one.

  2. I have a few memories of camping and some not so good. Do not camp in a tent in a forest during a tornado warning. The camper with it's yellow awning is so cute and would be fun to camp in.

  5. Just love this card, Sharyn. I have a few friends that this card would be perfect for. We have a touring caravan (as we call them in the UK) and we had planned to be away in it over Easter. All the caravan and camp sites have been closed for the last few weeks, but hopefully we can get away in it soon when the restrictions have been lifted. xx

  7. This is so stinkin' adorable! Loving the 'print' on the camper itself and that awning, this is really cool! WE also camped as a family when we were little. You were 'fancy' with all of those campers. We were not, had a huge tent my parents draped off into 3 'rooms' theirs, my 2 brothers and me and my sister's. I also have very fond memories of camping. This is a happy Post!
