Happy Birthday Unicorn

This cute little Potbellies Unicorn is for my great-niece, Riley.

I took several pictures but couldn't get rid of the glare.
 You get the idea, though.

The Unicorn is a new die from PTI and it is SUPER cute!
I used paper from DCWV called Glitzy Glitter to make her sparkle.
Her belly is filled with red, white & pink M & M's
On the back I added a rip strip,
so she could get the candy out without destroying the unicorn.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Your kind comments are always appreciated.

Happy Birthday STVKC#35

This card is being entered into a challenge at Stamp TV - STVKC#35.

The requirement for this challenge is to use three pattern papers.  The pattern papers I chose are from the GKD Bold & Blooming pack.  I adore this paper!  The colors and patterns are beautiful.  Next, I chose one of the images from the new Stamp TV Kit Sentimental Summer - Your Own Kind of Beautiful.  I stamped the image with Versa Mark ink and embossed it with GKD Fine Detail White Embossing Powder on Ranger Distress Water Color Paper.  I colored it with Zig Clean Color Markers.

Thanks so much for coming by to look.  Your kind comments are always appreciated.

Happy Birthday, Kelly!

We are celebrating our daughter's birthday today. So, happy birthday, Kelly!

I know I have been on vintage kick lately (not to say that Kelly is vintage because she is not.)  lol  I bought a fun Cuttlebug folder that has a very vintage feel to it.  It's called Kitchen Weave.  It reminded me of the old dish cloths my grandmother used to have.  I embossed some white card stock and then just hit the raised areas with some pink ink.  Then, of course, I had to use some vintage flowers to top it off.  I am also using some new Gina K. Designs colors, Dusty Rose, Wild Wisteria & Jelly Bean Green.  Thanks so much for coming by to look!
