Seize the Birthday - No Topping

This time at Seize the Birthday we have no topping.  As usual, it's "Anything Goes" as long as it's for a birthday.

I am loving this tulip stamp from PTI.  I paired it with a beautiful die from Spellbinders and some pretty patterned paper from My Favorite Things.
