Just Us Girls #284 - Trend

This week at Just Us Girls it's Trend Week.  Sue is our hostess and the trend she has chosen is Splatters.  Here's how I was inspired.

I was playing around with some Brusho Crystal Colors, thanks to my friend, Judy.  This is the background I came up with.  Aren't the colors stunning!  I added some watercolor splatters in white, navy and teal.  The stamp set is from Verve.  The beautiful orange poppies look like the ones I will have in my backyard in a few months.  I added a white doily and a blue raspberry circle with the embossed sentiment.  The orange ribbon is from Offray.

Please visit the Just Us Girls blog to see the beautiful cards the rest of the team and our GD, Jen Mitchell, have made this week.  I can't wait to see how you are inspired by "Splatters".

If you win Chic of the Week in any of our March challenges, you will be in the running to be chosen as our Guest Designer for the month of May.  Good luck!

The Recipe:
Verve Poppy Birthday
Brusho Crystal Colors
Water color splatters
Wilton White Doily
Spellbinders Standard Circles
Lil' Inkers Stitched Border - inside
Offray Orange Ribbon
