Just Us Girls #301 - Trend Week

This week at Just Us Girls it's Trend Week.  Lisa is our hostess and she has chosen the trend of Gold as our inspiration.

Here's my card

For my gold, I swiped a Delicata Golden Glitz ink pad down some ivory card stock to make my own gold paper.  I used dies from the PTI Hands of Time stamp set to cut part of the clock face.  I, also, used gold on the background paper.  I started with designer paper from GKD called Delicate Essentials and stamped a grid pattern in Golden Glitz ink using a MFT Grid background stamp.  The "Time" in the sentiment was embossed with gold embossing powder from Gina K. Designs.

Please visit the Just Us Girls blog to see the beautiful cards the rest of the team and our GD, Linda Beeson, have created this week.  I hope you will be inspired and join in the fun!

If you win Chic of the Week in any of our July challenges, you will be in the running to be chosen as our Guest Designer for the month of September.  Good luck!

The Recipe:
PTI Hands of Time
MFT Grid background stamp
GKD Delicate Essentials patterned paper
Cheery Lynn Mini Fanciful Flourish
Delicata Golden Glitz ink
GKD Fine Detail Gold & Black EP
