Make It Monday #223 - Camouflaged Pocket Inserts

This time at Make It Monday the challenge was to make Camouflaged Pocket Inserts.  Dawn has a great video to show you how it's done.  I am thrilled to be back in my craft room and playing.  I've been down with my back for about four days, and this is the first day I've felt like a human again. lol

Here's my card

I was very inspired by Dawn's video and decided to pull out my Peaceful Pinecones set.  I love this stamp set.    I used the Basic Bookmark 1 as my tag.  The patterned paper is from Gina K. Designs and the enamel dots are from Simple Stories.  Thanks for coming by to look!

The Recipe:
PTI Peaceful Pinecones
PTI Basic Bookmark 1
Lil' Inkers Stitched Rectangles
Spellbinders Standard Squares
GKD Merry Little Christmas patterned paper
GKD Warm Cocoa ribbon
Simple Stories enamel dots

  1. Love this one Sharyn! This maybe be my Christmas card this year. The one that I send to people who I would like to write something special inside. Perfect for that and so unique. Another amazing job. Do you ever make a bad card? I think not!

  2. Sharyn, love how your pinecones sway across the pocket! Casual elegance! Your papers are so festive together, the check inside is so perfect peeking out of the photo.
    Happy you're doing better!

  4. I love this!! I especially like that the top pinecone is popped up so it slides over the pocket. Glad you're feeling better.

  5. What a fun and pretty card. I love that you can pull up that tag and write something. Love your pinecones. Oh Sharyn, I am so sorry you have been in pain. That is no fun and you can't get anything done. I hope this passes soon.
