Hello Sunshine

I've got sunshine on a cloudy day, and
when it's cold outside I've got the month of May.
We've had so much rain lately, we may have to buy a boat.
So, I decided to go sunshiny in my craft room.
Aren't sunflowers the happiest of flowers!

I decided to play with some of my pretty foils and
the Gina K. Designs Graphic Sunflower stamp set.

It is very hard to photograph foil.
There is a glare on the flower centers on the first card, and I had to turn
the bottom card more than usual to get it to photograph
without dark blotches on the background.
The background on the second card is the negative foil from the first card.
I used every little bit of that gorgeous Wild Dandelion foil.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
Your kind comments always make my day!

  1. These cards are definitely a bright spot in all the rain and cloud cover. They just sparkle and shine. Good job using all the foil and making a lovely second card with it.

  2. This is so beautiful and sure radiates sunshine even if Mother Nature isn't doing so. We are having lots of rain and dreary days too.

  3. Sunshine Indeed! Love those pretty sunflowers, especially with the pretty foil! These are stunning! Both are beautiful but I looooove the one with the Black and White striped Designer Paper! Glad it's only rain, so many tornadoes occurring! Stay dry!

  4. OH YEAH, Helloooo Sunshine! These are both soooo beautiful. I think the first one is my favorite but to be fair I have to say they are both my favorite.
