Seize the Birthday - Frames

This time at Seize the Birthday our topping is Frames.  Of course, it's always "Anything Goes" if you don't want to do the topping as long as it's for a birthday.  Here is how I was inspired.

This card is totally PTI.  I pulled out a set that I haven't used before called Floral Sketches for the flowers and paired it with a set called Embroidered Borders.  The background paper is Vintage Linens.
