Seize the Birthday - White On White

Welcome to a new Seize the Birthday Challenge

Seize the Birthday is always "anything goes" as long as it's birthday, but this week we have the option of toppings.  The topping for this week is White On White!

Here's my card

I love White On White cards!  There is just an elegance about them.  For my card, I started with a Cuttlebug embossing folder called Tropic Bloom.  This is a gorgeous embossing folder!  It creates a beautiful array of deeply etched flowers and leaves.   I knew I wanted to make some paper flowers, so I used the Spellbinders Bitty Blossoms to make one large and two of the medium sized flowers.  I am always amazed by this die set. It is so easy to use, and the flowers always turn out great.

Please stop by the Seize the Birthday page to see what the rest of the talented team have come up with this time.  I hope you will be very inspired by what you see and want to come and play along.  We would love to see what you create!

  1. White on white is so hard for me to do. I can never make a card that doesn't have a smudge on it. This card is beyond Hallmark beautiful. Oh My Goodness, I would pay $10 for this one.

  3. Sharyn, this is gorgeous! I love white on white, but it's not easy to do in my opinion. Mine never turn out as good as the pretty card above.
