With Sympathy

We used to have some beautiful Morning Glories growing up our fence in the backyard.  They were a soft blue in color and very pretty.  This stamp set reminded me of them.

I used a smooshing technique and some ink is shades of pink for the background.  I added a picket fence for the flowers to climb on and the beautiful blue morning glories.  The soft blue gingham borders are from the Super Gingham set.

Thanks so much for coming by to look.  Your kind comments are always appreciated.

  2. We had blue ones growing in our yard too, Sharyn. They are so pretty and your card is just lovely. Adding the fence for them to vine around was perfect.

  5. Looks like you captured your memory of those long ago morning glories. Love the soft pink sky in the background. The picket fence is just the right thing for them to grow on.
