Sending Big Bear Hugs

This is a CASE of one of Betsy Veldman's beautiful cards.  I was pressed for time and this design was very easy to mass produce.

I am loving this little bear!  The set comes with several little things he can hold in his paws and makes it perfect for many occasions.

This card is for my sweet little niece, Riley.

I am using a fun cover plate from PTI called Cover Plate Balloon Bash.  It pairs very nicely with the Dress Up Dolls sets.  I think she will love it.

Just Us Girls #310 - Trend Week

This time at Just Us Girls it's Trend Week.  Cheryl is our hostess and she has chosen the trend of Balloons as our inspiration.

Here's my card

I started by making a Bokeh Effect background with aqua and turquoise ink.  I bought balloon dies from Paper Smooches some time ago, so pulled them out and made some colorful balloons.  The balloon strings are a stamp set from Simon Says Stamps.....just love them!  I added some sequins and some stars.

Seize the Birthday - Weather Element

This time at Seize the Birthday our topping is Weather Element.....clouds, rain, sun.  Of course, if you don't want to do the topping it's always "Anything Goes" as long as it is for a birthday.

Here's my card

I used a wonderful set called Up & Away from Gina K. Designs.  I thought the balloons would be perfect for our topping.  I also used an embossing folder from Darice called Cloudy Sky and embossed both the white background and the blue cross-stitched circle.  The white clouds and the sun are from Reverse Confetti.
